Due to the competitive price is given by the organizer, most of the conference setting had been subsidized by the organizer, and therefore cost-saving strategy is implemented. Therefore, the online registration and payment through 3rd Party Payment Services are highly recommended. Please make Payment and Register ONLY if you want to join our conference. Any cancellation and refund request probably will not be entertained. If you need clarification with the 3rd Party Payment Services and our account, please contact Shopee.
Offline Registration: No offline registration accepted for this conference.
Confirmation Acknowledge: After completing the transaction, the participant/applicant receives the confirmation receipt from the respective conference secretariat within 48 hrs after receives the confirmation from the secretariat. Please use the chat services provided by 3rd Party Payment Services.
Payment Not Received/ Cancel by Prospect Participant/ Refund: We are using the 3rd Party Payment Services and therefore, the participant has the ability to cancel or request a refund. As stated in our Registration Policy, we will not be entertained any refund request. Therefore, please register and make payment, ONLY if you interested to join this program.
Refund policy: Refund will not be entertained.
